Salam bro...need help. Can't send email. Keep getting this message

That just might be a temporary TMnet glitch. Is that problem still persist until now?

Problem still occurs. Receiving yes...only sending.

Have you had any firewall or antivirus turn on that might intercept the connection? Or anything that you do lately that might cause the problem?

But looking at the error message its a server side problem.

will check. base on yr experience, can antivirus or firewall do this? will check with celcom on monday and revert.

Yep firewall or anti virus surely can cause that. Just check the settings. Most important, the port flow.

bro..a fren of mine told this happened to him since we broadband users don't have fixed IP resulting email can't be sent (sometimes). Had called up celcom and they said that they are having problems with outgoing mails. really confused.

I'm an ex celcom users. I think I've never encountered such problems. I'm using thunderbird as my email client.

Just ask my roomie which still using celcom. He did mentioned to me that celcom do have network maintenance. But I'm not sure that cause your problem.

Support services from celcom never do me any good. Just wasting my time with their customer service script.

At least they should recruit an IT literate to be their representative. WTH

right on bro. last night my email was functional again, but not sure for how long. by the way bro, i'm using roam.tm.net.my as my outgoing server and windows mail. is this ok?
